- Mummy, I need to buy a Chinese Dictionary
- Mummy, I need to buy art block
- Mummy, I need to pay RM5 for Persatuan Bulan Sabit Merah
- Mummy, I need to buy Persatuan Bulan Sabit Merah Uniform
- Mummy, I need to buy bandages for Persatuan Bulan Sabit Merah activity
- Mummy, I need to buy Karangan Essay book
- Mummy, I bought the wrong file for Karangan so I have to buy again
- Mummy, I need to buy Chinese Workbook
- Mummy, I lost the money for Chinese Workbook...
I wonder what she needs to buy next. I find that at Std 3, she needs to buy more and more things as compared to the boy who is in Std 1.

Oh yes, I understand what you're going through. My daughter come back and say, "teacher ask not to use mechanical pencil, 2B or HB pencil. Must be normal pencil." I also blur what is normal pencil now.
ReplyDeleteThen yesterday she informed me that her Pandu Puteri scarf logo is wrong. It is for Selangor and I need to change it for NS.
Then some workbooks not in stock at the school bookshop, have to go hunting at other bookshops.

ReplyDeleteOh yes, the dictionaries must not be too big or too small, for the chinese one must be able to search by order of strokes not pinyin, the art block must be of a certain size and the list goes on.
Right now all my kids want me to buy them is more dinosaurs! Thanks for the peek into what lies ahead for the school years.
