Teacher's Day Homemade Gift Idea

Last year my girl did this for her teachers for Teacher's Day. When is Teacher's Day? Teacher's Day is celebrated on different days in different parts of the world. It is also celebrated on different days in school depending on the school. For example, Teacher's Day in Malaysia is on 16th May, 2015 this year but typically the school may choose to celebrate it on the last day of the school term which is end of May.

Here is something my girl did for Teacher's Day last year. We borrowed this idea from another blogger. She did a really amazing and beautiful Teacher's Day gift with her little potted plants as a Teacher appreciation gift.

Here is our version. Our pots were bigger so they didn't look as cute and lovely as the one we got the Teacher's Day gift idea from. My girl improvised by adding origami butterflies to add to her homemade card.
